The entire process handled, from start to finish
Our team coordinates every aspect of the project from start to finish. We coordinate design, permitting, structural work, framing, roofing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, cabinetry, flooring, and custom finishes.
For every major project, Premier hosts a dedicated “bid day,” bringing all trades and subcontractors to the job site before construction begins. This collaborative walk-through allows for real-time troubleshooting, clarification of scope, and proactive problem-solving. By addressing potential challenges early, clients benefit from more competitive pricing, clearer expectations, and fewer unexpected issues during construction. Our established network of trusted subcontractors represent relationships built over decades and ensures dependable scheduling, fair pricing, and consistently high standards of workmanship.
Initial Consultation
This is a free 60 minute meeting, where we'll determine the scope of work being considered, provide ideas for consideration, and leave you with an informational packet.
Estimate
The preliminary scope of work check sheet is returned to us along with the Project Proposal Fee Agreement and check. The proposal fee will be based on the scope of work identified by the client and is customized for each project.
Bid Day
Our team will schedule specific times for subcontractors to tour the home and gather information about the project. There will be a deadline provided to each subcontractor for bid proposals.
Design and Material selections
The client meets with our expert suppliers to determine types of materials available and costs associated with those materials. Our team is happy to accompany you to these appointments to ensure selected materials are in line with your vision.
Construction
The construction phase begins. Our team works closely with all subcontractors to ensure the project is done properly and on time. There is never a day there won't be someone at the job site!
Service
Our team will work closely with you to ensure that your vision was successfully brought to life. We may take photos at the final walkthrough.

Project Presentation
At the conclusion of every project, each customer receives a comprehensive project binder that includes everything from paint color names and finish selections to subcontractor contacts, appliance details, and warranty information. By organizing this documentation in one convenient place, homeowners can easily access important information long after the project is completed, providing lasting confidence and peace of mind.
