About Our Process
1. Initial Consultation
Our consultancy services start with an initial meet-up. Followed by a complimentary 60-minute discussion between you and us to outline the scope of work. We will provide our ideas for your requirements for consideration and leave you with the decision to make the final call.
2. Project Proposal
After the initial consultation, we determine the project proposal based on your feedback. At this stage, a proposal fee is levied based on the scope of the project and varies based on your customization. Contact us to learn more about the Binder that the fee contributes to!
3. Sub-contracting
At this stage we schedule the project for subcontractors based on the project proposal. We ensure that the work schedules are completed on time.
4. Design & Material Selection
Selecting the design, materials, and other aspects relating to construction or remodeling is all available for discussion with our technicians at this stage.
5. Client Binder
All the information relating to your project, estimates, and design choices are collected and organized in a client binder that is yours to keep. We value transparency and accountability, this is one way we can ensure our customers are fully aware.
